As a Senior Loan Officer and member of Rinconada Mortgage, Daniel O. Boor brings his wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism to Rinconada Mortgage's Los Gatos. Dan has been in the Real Estate industry for over 38 years and the mortgage industry for the past 21 years. Prior to joining Rinconada Mortgage, Dan was a senior loan Officer with GMAC Mortgage for 10 years. Prior to GMAC he was a Senior Partner in a firm that subdivided and developed Real Estate projects in the Bay Area. He also worked as a New Homes Project Manager.

Education & Affiliations:
Dan has held his Real Estate Brokers License since 1973, and has maintained his license through continuing course, including 45 hours of courses in 2007.  Dan also holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Industrial Engineering from Foothill College in Los Altos, CA.

Interests:
Dan has always been active in the community.  At various points of his life, he has served as a Member of Men's Council, Leader of Church Youth Group, been on the Board of Directors Meitzler Printing Co Inc., President of Kiwanis Club (where he was given Distinguished President Award), and President of Church Board of Trustees.

Personal:
Residing in the Bay Area for the last 48 years, Dan and his wife Barbara have been happily married for over 40 years and have four sons. In his leisure time, Dan enjoys being with his boys’ families and his two granddaughters. He has also served in the United States Navy as a Naval Aviator and Vietnam Veteran.
